Swedish massage relaxes the entire body by rubbing muscles with long, gliding strokes. Additional techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, kneading, bending, and stretching.
Deep Tissue and Myofascial bodywork locate and correct specific areas of chronic pain or tension. Through gentle myofascial compressions and cross-fiber friction, deeper tissue structures of muscle and fascia (connective tissue) are addressed.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a method of assisted stretching that provides functional and physiological restoration of muscle and connective tissues. AIS causes little discomfort and is safe to do before and after sports events or intense activity. Stretches are done on the table and you remain fully dressed.
