If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours to avoid a fee of 100% of the cost of your missed appointment. (There is no penalty for late cancellations due to illness, emergency, or severe weather.)

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If possible, effort will be made to extend your session slightly to recover the lost time. Please call or text if you are running late.

All children and adolescents under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present in the room for the duration of the massage. Please review the Consent Form for Minors for more details.
