If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours to avoid a fee for your missed appointment. (There is no penalty for late cancellations due to illness, emergency, or severe weather.)

Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 to 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the session.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 100% of the session.

Kindly give advance notice whenever possible. Thank you!

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If possible, effort will be made to extend your session slightly to recover the lost time. Please call or text if you are running late.

All children and adolescents under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present in the room for the duration of the massage. Please review the Consent Form for Minors for more details.
